| Crystal Dynamics hiring new staff for new AAA project |

Development studio Crystal Dymanics, part of Eidos/Square Enix, is now hiring new staff for
"one of the most prestigious AAA franchises in the industry", just a few days after cutting
another 25 jobs, and 30 in January.
Crystal Dynamics is hiring:
• Technical Maya Artist
• Senior Art Director
• Senior Network Engineer
• Producer
• Maya Artist Intern

Senior Art Director
"Crystal Dynamics has a rare opening for a Senior Art Director on one of the most prestigious AAA franchises in the industry.
We are looking for an exceptional talent to bring onto the team and continue the long tradition of visually stunning and
award winning titles from Crystal Dynamics."
The Senior Art Director is one of the most integral roles within the team. The individual is responsible for inspiring,
leading, and driving the visualization process, from collaborative conceptualization through final product and setting
the vision and quality bar for the product at a level that is amongst the top tier within the industry."
Producer
"Crystal Dynamics is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and highly organized individual with
demonstrable project management experience to take on a major production role in building our next AAA title.
For this role, we are looking for an individual with outstanding communication skills and a proven track
record in production, having successfully completed at least two product cycles.
This producer will work in support of the Senior Producer to coordinate, track, and guide activities of
associate producers and a full development staff to ensure that projects are completed on time and with high quality.
Exposure to formal project management techniques is a must; familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum is a plus."
Crystal Dynamics most recent game, Tomb Raider Underworld, sold underneath Eidos expectations.
What the AAA title will be is yet unkown, but Tomb Raider 9 is the most likely title.
